Sour Gas damages the brain, even at very low levels:
After I posted these years ago (thanks to Diana Daunheimer finding them), they vanished offline. Gotta keep the people ignorant that the rich are poisoning for profit![]()
1. Exposure to levels below 10 ppm permanently damage the human brain
2. Harm from levels below 10 ppm by Worksafe Alberta
This now grossly goes to a UCP gov’t propaganda page about jobs. FFS. Some of those jobs kill.![]()
3. Occupational Safety & Health Administration (OSHA) LOW LEVEL HEALTH HARM WARNINGS:
Sour Gas Concentration (ppm)
Symptoms/Effects
0.01-1.5
Odor threshold (when rotten egg smell is first noticeable to some). …
2-5
Prolonged exposure may cause nausea, tearing of the eyes, headaches or loss of sleep. Airway problems (bronchial constriction) in some asthma patients.
…
Hydrogen sulfide is used or produced in a number of industries, such as
- Oil and gas refining
- Mining
- Tanning
- Pulp and paper processing
- Rayon manufacturing
… Because it is heavier than air, hydrogen sulfide can collect in low-lying and enclosed spaces, such as manholes, sewers, and underground telephone vaults. Its presence makes work in confined spaces potentially very dangerous.
The health effects of hydrogen sulfide depend on how much H2S a worker breathes and for how long.
However, many effects are seen even at low concentrations. Effects range from mild, headaches or eye irritation, to very serious, unconsciousness and death.
This web page provides information on how hydrogen sulfide can affect your health, where you might find it, and how to prevent harmful exposures.

Evacuation orders lifted after gas leak scare in Sheboygan County by tmj4, Dec 26, 2025
SHEBOYGAN COUNTY, Wis. — Residents in Sheboygan County have returned to their homes following a Christmas night evacuation caused by a natural gas release at a pipeline facility. TC Energy officials tell WISN 12 News they responded at around 11:20 p.m. Thursday to their Kewaskum Compressor Station near Adell, Wisconsin.

A viewer shared a video with WISN 12 News, along with a screenshot of a notification sent out to those living in the area. “Residents in Beechwood, Wisconsin, within 1 mile of the ANR pipeline facility should evacuate to the fire department,” the public safety alert said.
Residents described hearing a loud noise, with some saying on social media it sounded like they were in the middle of a hurricane.
“Our first concern is the health and safety of the community, our workers, and the environment,” the company said in a statement to TMJ4 News.
Local officials evacuated a small number of nearby residents out of an abundance of caution, but the evacuation has ended, according to both TC Energy and Sheboygan County emergency response officials.
TC Energy personnel remain on site and are working closely with first responders, landowners, local utilities and regulatory authorities.
The leak occurred on TC Energy’s ANR Pipeline system. There are no impacts to natural gas service to customers at this time, the company said.
