GREAT BREAKING NEWS! An amendment aimed at overturning the ban on fracking in the Delaware River Watershed introduced by PA Rep. Scott Perry to the Water Resources Development Act (WRDA) has failed

THANK YOU – it was all the calls that flooded leadership and Rep. Nadler that united opposition to this sneaky attempt to overturn the fracking ban and to dis-empower the DRBC’s ability to take such action that stopped it in its tracks.
