The North American Drought Monitor shows drought changes during February. In Canada, drought (D1-D4) slid 13.59 points to cover 27.99%. In the US, drought increased 8.49 points to cover 45.82%. In Mexico, drought expanded 0.83 points to cover 7.41%.

While Herr Carney gives one billion dollars to a fucking uber rich Norwegian oil company to help it get richer and pollute the world more and lead to more drought; and gives hundreds of $millions to child and woman abusing polluting water guzzling American AI and ultra polluting murderous American military to help it and Israel illegally bomb schools, hospitals, medical clinics, universities, civilian homes, etc; and madly deregulates Alberta’s water decimating and grossly polluting mostly American oil and gas industry
