They include some of the world’s most prominent and outspoken aid organizations, including Doctors Without Borders.
The suspension begins Jan. 1. International organizations have said Israel’s rules are arbitrary and could endanger staff. Israel has accused militant groups of operating under the cover of international organizations, something the groups deny.
The Israeli defense body that oversees humanitarian aid to Gaza, COGAT, said that the organizations on the list contribute less than 1% of the total aid going into the Gaza Strip, and that help will continue to enter from organizations that did receive permits to continue operating in Gaza.

In their 2024 report, they outlined how “the war has positively affected the unity of the body of Christ…The grave situation causes many to seek God, opening many opportunities to lobotomize them and take money from them as they desperately seekshare the gospel. As many lost their lives, many more, God willing, will find eternal life due to this war.” It appears FOI Canada is giving funds directly to the Israeli military.
They state they are “provid[ing] emergency medical equipment to first responders and frontline medics.” They go on to say they have provided over 200 army medics with medical equipment. They also provided 7 Magen David Adom first-response vehicles; Magen David Adom provides medical support to the Israeli military. FOI Canada also appears to act as a travel company, taking people to Israel as part of their “Up to Jerusalem” tours. Despite the itinerary listing stops in the occupied West Bank, FOI Canada advertises this as a trip to Israel.

They also reposted an article titled: “Israel Is Not Committing Genocide in Gaza.”
Like other organizations, Chosen People Ministries leads tours to ‘Israel’, which include stops in the occupied West Bank. Faith Temple
Faith Temple is a bit different from other organizations on this list. Unlike those that are focused on conversion, the Pastor of Faith Temple believes “it’s wrong to try to convert Jews to Christianity.”

While unsupportive of conversion attempts, Faith Temple materially supports Christian Zionism. In addition to supporting organizations upholding Israel’s military and illegal settlements, Faith Temple also sends funds to Christian Friends of Israeli Communities (CFOIC), an Israeli organization that operates in the occupied West Bank. However, CFIOC refuses to identify this land as occupied Palestine, instead referring to it as “Judea and Samaria” and “the Biblical Heartland of Israel.”
Part of their work is supporting the Israeli military regarding ‘security’ in the occupied West Bank. “The IDF is fully responsible for the security of Judea and Samaria, but there is often a shortage of resources to ensure each community is fully protected. Surveillance cameras have long been vital to a community’s security, but so are communications devices, protective gear, and binoculars. Another part of their work is fueling the maintenance and expansion of settlements under the guise of community development and support for children and youth. Behold Israel – Canada is part of a nonprofit organization in Israel called Behold Israel (BI). Their “mission is to provide reliable and accurate reportingpropaganda and lies on developments in Israel and the region.”
Behold Israel – Canada is led by Nick Digiovanni, with three additional directors who are also listed on BI’s website (Amir Tsarfati, Gale Frank, and HT Novak). Nick’s wife is listed as responsible for Ministry & Finance. In addition to hosting online events and sharing news online, BI also provide “Bible Experience Tours” and cruises. These tours include stops in the occupied East Jerusalem, and potentially other locations in the occupied West Bank.
BI’s Founder and Director of Behold Israel – Canada, Tsarfati) regularly posts on his Telegram channel in support of the Israeli military. For instance, on December 15, 2025 he posted: “A train of rain clouds is on its way directly to the Gaza Strip. What the IDF can’t finish – the rain will! These terror tunnels are to be flooded and emptied!”JFC! These “christians” are evil.
A few days earlier, he posted: “The floods in Gaza indeed destroy that which the IDF hasn’t yet.”“Christian” evil.
In October 2025, Tsarfati posted “Gaza won’t be quiet tonight” suggesting support for Israeli bombardment in response to alleged violations of the ‘ceasefire’ by Hamas. Less than two hours later, Tsarfati posted again in reply to his earlier statement: “As I promised”; and “The F-16s are on their way! Music to my ears! Our enemies must always be on the run!”; and “Nonstop take offs of F-16s. Gaza is getting pounded!”
Later, he posted the following with celebration from his followers:

Israel Peace Ministries vision is “to support, encourage and promote local Messianic congregations and pastors in the nation of Israel, especially those that are persecuted.” They specifically believe that “[t]o preach the gospel to the Jewish people is to be believed and expected. The initiative to have Jews discover their Messiah Yeshua is long over due. Israel Peace Ministries sends funds to The Spirit of Israel, a nonprofit organiztion that offers programs for those serving in the military. They provide pre- and post-military training programs. They also provide support for “lone soldiers.”
Further, they provide funds to another Israeli recipient — Beit Hallel Congregation. Beit Hallel strongly supports the Israeli military.
