The Pennsylvania Attorney General’s office knew Ray wasn’t going to get the bulk water deliveries he needs, that he’s run his house with all these years. You can’t shower with 5 gallon jugs. I hate to say Shapiro knew Ray wouldn’t get water when he showed up to promise it. I think he did.I think Shapiro damn well knew too.
