“We have to make sure that we don’t let the fact that I had concerns about the testing or EPA doing what they did change the relationship. We need to work cooperatively with one another and then move down the road,” he said. “As soon as you draw a line in the sand and say, ‘You know what, EPA, I don’t like what you did, so I’m not going to work with you,’ you’re not reaching the goal of trying to make sure that the citizens in Wyoming are being served.”
