Dear Mélanie Joly, I call you out on your hypocrisy too, ask you the same questions MEB Dublin, Lynn Boylan, asked Ursula Gertrud von der Leyen; “We are witnessing the most documented genocide in history, and still there are no consequences for Israel. Why are the lives of Palestinians not entitled to the same human rights, the same international laws, the same humanity?”

Is it racism and hatred of Muslims?

Or Canada’s profit-raping munitions industry, enabling profit from stolen waterfront realestate and the $400Billion in oil and gas Israel is stealing from Palestinians which must be frac’d that Canadian companies want in on?

Lynn Boylan@LNBDublin July 18, 2024:

Today I was the only Irish MEP to speak during the Von Der Leyen debate. I called out her hypocrisy on Israel.

Why are the lives of Palestinians not entitled to the same human rights, the same international laws, the same humanity?

This is a magnificent minute by MEP Lynn Boylan:

Muhannad Ayyash @AyyashMohannad July 18, 2024:

Palestinians have been saying this for decades. Israel has never accepted the idea of Palestinian statehood or sovereignty.

Any state that says “it supports the two state solution” has to come up with an action plan to force Israel to change it policy. No more empty words.

Canadians for Justice and Peace in the Middle East @CJPME July 17, 2024:

Israeli lawmakers just voted 68-9 to oppose the idea in principle of a Palestinian state, ever.

The vote was “intended to express the blanket opposition that exists among the [Israeli] people.”

Israel has chosen a path of perpetual Apartheid: now how will @melaniejoly respond?

Joshua Sealy-Harrington @JoshuaSealy Oct 27, 2023:

Remember this genocide.

Remember what individuals, organizations & governments prioritized. Remember how they misrepresented the past & present. Remember the chasm between their beliefs & actions. Remember who they vilified. Remember their cowardice.

Remember their complicity.

@DavideMastracci July 18, 2024:

NEW: Letters from a court case against the Canadian government reveal the names of at least four companies holding permits that have allowed military goods to be exported to Israel since October 7, writes @emmapaling.

The lawsuit is trying to get a court order to force Canada to stop exporting military goods to Israel. These four companies sent letters asking for the details of their export permits to be kept confidential.
