Killer Douche Fuckers! Jan 1, 2026, Georgia USA enables cancer by Roundup/glyphosate weed killer and much more; protects pesticide makers from some cancer lawsuits. What about brain damage?

Georgia becomes second US state to shield maker of Roundup weed killer from some cancer claims by David A. Lieb, May 12, 2025

In a victory for global agrochemical maker Bayer, Georgia has become the second state to shield pesticide manufacturers from some lawsuits claiming that they failed to warn customers of potential dangers.

The legislation signed Friday by Georgia Gov. Brian Kemp is designed to protect Bayer from lawsuits claiming that it failed to tell customers that its popular weed killer Roundup could cause cancer. It’s written broadly enough to provide legal protection in Georgia to any pesticide manufacturer that follows federal labeling requirements.

Grim Reaper asks kid in bed, “Which fairy tale would you like to hear?”

Kid replies, “The one about how harmless glyphosate is!’

North Dakota’s governor signed the first such law last month, and similar measures have been considered this year in at least nine other states.

Bayer, based in Germany, acquired Roundup with the 2018 purchase of St. Louis-based Monsanto. But it quickly was hit with an onslaught of lawsuits alleging that Roundup’s key ingredient, glyphosate, causes non-Hodgkin lymphoma. More than 67,000 of a total 181,000 claims involving Roundup remain outstanding, but a Bayer spokesperson said Monday that he didn’t have specifics about how many of those are in Georgia.

Though some studies associate glyphosate with cancer, the U.S. Environmental Protection AgencyUS EPA is as untrustworthy as Encana/Ovintiv, Alberta’s AER and Health Canada has said it is not likely to be carcinogenic to humans when used as directed.

Bayer insists glyphosate is safeInsisting a chemical (or frac’ing) is safe does not make it so, not even when the company doing the poisoning does the insisting. But it has stopped using the ingredient in its residential version of Roundup and has set aside $16 billion to settle cases. It continues to use glyphosate in its agricultural version of Roundup but has warned that it might have to stop doing so if the legal costs keep mounting.

I live surrounded by grain farmers; they heap on the glyphosate and other killer chemicals, some via the air, some via the ground, many times a growing season. Some of the sprayers and planes drift their deadly chemicals on my land, which I’ve painstakingly rehabilitated over many years. The kill is quick and visible. Some planes fly over my house, not giving a shit. I close my windows when I hear or see the chemical warfare incoming, and never walk or work outside while the spraying is ongoing, and not for hours afterwards. Sometimes the stench is unbearable. I expect I breathe regular toxic loads of “agricultural” glyphosate, even though I do not spray it and spend more to avoid buying conventional (chemically poisoned) foods. Many other rural residents that do not farm, breathe it too, as do their pets, and livestock raised for food. Even city residents I bet breath heaps of glyphosate from drift, notably when callously dumped from planes. No need to wonder why there are more and more and more cancer cases in the world. I cannot help but think that brain damage reportedly caused by glyphosate is why there are masses of brainless MAGAts in USA and Canada, and why the Alberta separatists – even the educated ones – sound stupid and unhinged.

The new Georgia law is to take effect Jan. 1. That means it won’t effect existing cases, such as a March decision by a Georgia jury to award nearly $2.1 billion in damages to a man who alleged Roundup caused his cancer.

Kemp decided to sign the legislation after hearing from farmers and others in the agricultural community, spokesperson Garrison Douglas said Monday.

Bayer has teamed up with a coalition of agricultural industry groups to mount a multiprong campaign. In addition to pursuing legislation in states and Congress, it also has asked the U.S. Supreme Court to intervene and has run ads on billboards, newspapers, TV and radio stations and internet sites touting the importance of glyphosate in agriculture.Hey, our poisons are wonderful! Read our wonderful propaganda to let us keep poisoning you and your loved ones, birds, insects (all pollinators), your food, livestock, wildlife, pets, air, water, etc., all in the name of farming! Fucking greedy idiots.

Glyphosate has for decades been used an efficient way to control weeds with less tilling, which helps prevent soil erosion. For some crops, such as corn, soybeans and cotton, Roundup is designed to work with genetically modified seeds that resist glyphosate’s deadly effect.

Without glyphosate, weeds could become harder to control, crop yields could decline and groceries could become more costly, Bayer said.Always the threats of increased costs to ordinary people. Tax the fucking billionaires, bingo, problem solved. No need to profit-rape anymore via poisoning the world with deadly chemicals sprayed from heaven to hell. Oh ya, and then frac’ing could easily be criminalized too.

The new law “demonstrates that Georgia stands with its farmers, who work tirelessly to produce safe ???Soaked in cancerous brain-destroying poison???and affordable foodFood is already not affordable. Besides, without medicaid – which Adolf Orange is now destroying to finance his $trillions in tax cuts for the billionaires that bought his presidency – how the hell will paying for cancer treatments and living with damaged brains be affordable?,” said Brian Naber, president of Bayer’s crop sciences in North America, Australia and New Zealand.
