I’ve been a customer of yours since Alberta Gov’t Telephones (AGT) was privatized decades ago into greedy shitty nasty you.
I hate to think how much money you made off of me and my business.
In May 2025, even with me paying all your outrageously expensive bills, my internet became inaccessible and cell access was rendered useless by you at my home (it worked fine in years previous). I spent two weeks on hold with you listening to the worst three songs on earth repeated over and gruellingly over again, day after day, sitting in my truck at the Rosebud dump (where my cell phone works) wasting days of my time with your agents promising me repeatedly the service would be repaired within 24 hours, and then promising faster service within 12 hours. Nothing but lies.
I’ve been without phone in my home now nearly four months, with no repair in sight. I’m a senior, living alone in rural Alberta, with Wheatland County’s massive deconstruction crew destroying the access to my home, without my ability to even call 911! They started on July 1, 2025, with no end to their hideous destruction to the old Rosebud River in sight.
Aug 2025: My living room window view: What rural Albertans do best: Destroy a vital wetland, previously inhabited by many wild species, destroy Saskatoons, vital food sources for birds, and destroy quiet, peace and beauty, and pollute the air with moulds, dust, and more dust and cancinogenic brain damaging diesel fumes.

Unfuckingforgivable. And I have no phone access!
Finally, I spent money I would rather not have had to spend to get a different company to provide internet for me. This company is respectful, timely, diligent, and best, their service works, not like your shit. And, when something goes wrong, within seconds, and no ugliest music on earth, I receive help from a respectful honest human.
And, then, I spent more hours on hold to cancel your very expensive Telus’ service that provides no service, only to be told I had signed a multi year contract for this zero internet service (which I had never done, and never would do!) and thus would have to pay $360.00 to cancel not having any service. Lying fucking abusive douches.
I asked for a manager. He was a condescending fart, argued with me, finally relented and agree to cancel my non service without me paying the cancellation fee because even he admitted I had not signed any fucking contract ever with Telus. He arrogantly demanded I return all rental equipment of which I had none. Prosperous Alberta indeed.
Top your shit non service, you keep invoicing me for services I did not receive, threatening me and not responding to my repeat telling you I will not pay for that which I did not receive.
