CANADA STRONGLY CONDEMNS ISRAELI AIR STRIKES ON LEBANON – FOREIGN MINISTER
@Paul33946932645:
All caps. That’ll stop the deathcult.
@Sugnuhlrak:
Cut off third party arm sales? Nope
Cut off diplomatic relationships?
Nope
Weekly pathetic both sidesing condemnations while singing the same deranged Hasbarist old tune about “Israel has a right to defend itself” whenever Israel does something monstrous? You bet your ass.
@MattChikaonda:
The Minister doesn’t just condemn the air strikes, she “strongly” condemns them. That oughtta make Israel fold. /
EquityNetworkD:
Agreed. Expel the apartheid ambassador, enforce sweeping sanctions and halt all military exports fueling mass killing. Why is moral clarity always replaced with cowardly convenience with this guy?
@Desousaa00:
Canada is controlled by Zionist!

@MosabAbuToha:
Just received this photo of the angel who Israeli terrorist forces killed in her classroom tent this morning in north Gaza.
Her name was Ritaj Rihan, 9 years old, third grade.

I just found these photos of the schoolwork of 9-year-old Ritaj Rihan, who was shot in the head and killed by Israeli terrorist forces yesterday in a classroom tent in northern Gaza.
One photo shows Ritaj’s practicing handwriting. The words on the page were orange, banana, and apple.

The other photo shows her solving subtraction problems. She was murdered in front of her teacher and peers, leaving behind only these unfinished lessons.

NEW: The Giller Prize boycott has ended. The embattled literary prize confirmed that it is no longer sponsored by groups with ties to Israeli occupation and genocide.
I spoke to previous Giller winners and nominees about the news for @TheGrindTO.

@HarshaWalia:
Huge BDS win.
Giller Prize is no longer partnered with Indigo Books, Azrieli Foundation & Scotiabank – all invested in genocide.
In 2023, comrades were arrested protesting Giller. Then, thousands of writers & book workers refused participation.

@tiberiusfiles Aug 21, 2025:
Zionism is strikingly similar to Nazism in its nationalism, supremacism, dehumanisation, propaganda, violence, and even its rhetoric, however, the few areas where it differs actually makes Zionism look worse:
The Holocaust was not live streamed to the world
Regular Germans were not publicly rejoicing over the slaughter
Zionists seem to have a particular affinity for rape and pedophilia
And Nazis did not have the backing of the entire Western order in spite of the above being common knowledge
How things have gotten to this point is staggering — unthinkable, really, which is why so many bury their heads in the sand — but the only way we’re going to create a world within which this isn’t the ‘new normal’ is to make sure there is a reckoning for these crimes like never before
Worth adding also that before WWII the extensive legal frameworks for opposing & preventing genocide we have now simply didn’t exist
They were born out of these atrocities, yet the people who took the efforts to write up the laws are the ones now fighting tirelessly to prevent them being enacted
This adds a unique level of fuckery, in the sense that they were so acutely aware of the damage these crimes cause to the human society we all share, that they made sure there were proper guide rails to prevent them reoccurring, only to throw the entire framework in the bin as soon as their little rape colony asked them to

@erikinwien Aug 21, 2025:
Really important point. We’re witnessing the end of international law
@VeroVenegasDiaz Aug 21, 2025:
This is the decisive element that makes this genoc¡de the worse of history, IMO, and it’s also the nail in the coffin of modern Western civilization. Our collapse is fully in motion.
@DreamerOfReason Aug 21, 2025:
It makes more sense when you realize those rules were only about protecting jews really. Like a lot of civil rights laws as well.

@zoeystarwalk:
i read somewhere a good take, that in some ways what Israel is doing is worse than what the Nazis were doing because they are bragging about it. the Nazis kept the Holocaust a secret, but the Israelis seem to be proud of what they’re doing. it’s also horrifying that they were harvesting Palestinian organs (onlynfrom civilians, not from soldiers) before October 7th.

@DonEford Aug 21, 2025:
I’m pretty sure the ZI in nazi stands for Zionist.
And Nazi was the conjoined national socialist and zionist movement that put Hitler into power.
Remember, Nazi was an informal term that only picked up later on… They didn’t call themselves that.

@RQ4Peace:
WWII is wrought with propaganda, still. There is no comparison. The most immoral, perverted, disgusting, cowardly army is the IDF. It’s absolute evil smacking us in the face.

@_ZachFoster:
Apartheid became part of the name of the country, as in, “apartheid South Africa.”
Apartheid Israel should be the same. The word Israel should never be mentioned without the word Apartheid.

@cem_uk_:
It’s extraordinary how Israel can go on a murderous rampage and steal land from three different countries at the same time and our leaders will look you dead in the eye and say Iran is the rogue state in the region

No to the Yadan law: already 400,000 signatures! , EuroPalestine, Net translation from French
At a time when this article was published on Monday evening, nearly 400,000 citizens had signed the petition protesting against the so-called “Yadan” bill, named after this relay deputy, in France, of the propaganda of the genocidal regime, which wants to suppress any expression of solidarity with the Palestinian people martyr.
The petition has taken a considerable start in recent days, with the immediate objective of the transition to 500,000 signatures, then to the million and more.

We call on our readers friends who have not yet done so to sign it, and to have it signed massively. Here is the link to access the petition, and circulate it:

NO TO YADAN LAW
Alexandre BALASSE 18/02/2026 Identifier: N°5158
This bill, led by Caroline Yadan, claims to be fighting new forms of anti-Semitism.
However, when we read the explanatory memorandum, we notice an amalgamation between anti-Semitism and criticism of Israel (anti-Zionism). “This hatred of the State of Israel is now consubstantial to the hatred of Jews. The call for the destruction of this state, because it forms a collective of Jewish citizens, is a roundabout way to attack the Jewish community as a whole. »

This amalgamation operated by Caroline Yadan is not innocent. Indeed, in 2025, a criminal court released a person accused of anti-Semitism for supporting the Palestinian cause. The same tribunal stated:
“The reference to Israel or Zionism, defined as a political and religious movement aimed at establishing and then consolidating a Jewish state in Palestine, cannot, by itself, be interpreted as targeting the Jewish community as a whole.”
It is therefore feared that this bill will seek to counter these relaxations and to force judges to operate this amalgamation between anti-Semitism and anti-Zionism in order to silence any criticism against Israel.

This amalgamation is outrageous for three reasons:
– It represents a real danger to freedom of expression, muzzling any support for the Palestinian cause. If this bill were to be passed, pacifist slogans like “equality and freedom for all from the sea to the Jordan” could be the subject of judicial convictions. The work of journalists and researchers could also be censored.
He indirectly supports Israel’s colonization of Palestine, which is illegal under international law.
It serves the fight against anti-Semitism by equating Jews and Jews with Benjamin Netanyahu’s policies as many of them openly (and rightly) criticize this deadly policy.
Yes, we must fight against anti-Semitism with all our strength, as against all other discriminations. But not by muzzling freedom of expression or equating the Jewish community with Benjamin Netanyahu’s politics.

Yes, Israel is a state that orchestrated expulsions (as during the Nakba of 1947-1948), deportations still perpetrated in 2025 in the West Bank against refugee camps.
Yes, the Palestinian resistance against the Israeli occupier by all necessary means is a right guaranteed by United Nations Resolution 2621 XXV of 12 December 1970.
Member of Parliament, I call on you to vote against this liberticidal bill supporting a colonialist and genocidal policy against the Palestinians.ne.s.
