BOE Report: Fracking with Jello: Family Propaganda Day at SAIT. Education Alberta style.

Comment from an Alberta prof:

Hi Jessica. Very good identification of an initiative that demeans and degrades formal education and the human dignity of all Albertans.

Comment from an Alberta rancher:

Thanks for this, Jess.
I wrote to SAIT, again, to object to this program. If enough people do the same, maybe they will have to listen!

Fracking with Jello: Family Science Day February 25, 2020, BOE Report

Fracking with Jello: Family Science Day! will be held on Saturday, February 29th at the Southern Alberta Institute of Technology in the Johnson-Cobbe Energy Centre from 9:30am – 5:00pm. Drop in anytime.

This fun family event aims to show off the innovative ways resource workers harvest the energy the world needs.

Like CNRL busting the caprock frac’ing bitumen with steam, contaminating groundwater?

Through hands-on experiments, guests will learn the science behind energy production – everything from fracking to density, porosity, and pressure. Get a chance to tour the SAIT facilities, meet students and professors, and even check out the rig simulator. There is something for everyone, in or out of industry, experience or none, young or old!

But, nothing for frac’d Alberta families, not even those blown up and hospitalized by industry contaminating their drinking water wells like Bruce Jack (photo below) and no repairs for any frac’d aquifers or caprock.

The noise you hear at the start of the video is the gas in Jack’s contaminated water:

The event is open to the public and is for families, industry professionals, students, and children of all ages.

Tickets are $10 per family. [Do frac’d families get in free?]

This open house will give kids and adults the opportunity to try out hands-on experiments demonstrating how we bring energy to Albertans and the world. Get a chance to tour the SAIT facilities, meet students and professors. Even check out the drilling rig simulator, coil tubing simulator, and production lab! There is fun for all ages — join us for an adventure of learning and discovery!

Light snacks will be provided by SAIT Culinary School.

Will SAIT serve Encana/Ovintiv frac’d water to drink?

Or perhaps SAIT will serve Campbells’ frac’d drinking water to the children:

This Jello propaganda by SAIT et al is as vile as Encana (Ovintiv) manager Mark Taylor propagandizing children with their fingers inches from chocolate cake heaped with icing. He later became VP at our non-regulating lying AER, an excellent fit. Taylor was recently let go in Kenney’s downsizing to save industry money.

Taylor did not tell the children Encana (Ovintiv) illegally frac’d the blue icing – our drinking water aquifers.

Nasty Encana (now Ovintiv)! Those poor kids being propagandized by frac’ing cake.

Above snaps taken Feb 26, 2020 from Mark Taylor teaches kids how to drill for shale gas.

Here’s how Encana (Ovintiv) really frac’s us:

WW = Water Wells

And, here’s some Encana (Ovintiv) Jello (waste) dumped on foodland in my community:

Refer also to:

Where did AER’s Executive VP Mark Taylor go? He was Encana manager when the company illegally frac’d Rosebud’s drinking water aquifers, then lied about it to 200 concerned community members, promising Encana would only frac far below fresh water zones (same lie touted by frac’ers everywhere), after area water wells had already gone bad, and were being investigated by – of course – the criminal, with regulator and govt blessings.
